NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for Roe Lane Street Improvements will be received by the City of Roeland Park until 12:00 (noon). local time on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk of Roeland Park, Kansas, and marked "Roe Lane-County Line to Roe Blvd.". Copies of plans, specifications, bid documents and other contract documents are on file at the office of the City Clerk, 4600 W. 51st Street, Roeland Park, Kansas 66205. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may obtain a set of such documents from The Engineer, Larkin Group, Inc., 9200 Ward Parkway, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri upon payment of Forty Five Dollars ($45.00), which amount is not refundable. The city owned site contains 1.71 acres (more or less). A survey of the property is available at City Hall.
