Workers Compensation - Kansas Municipal Insurance Trust

Workers Comp (IMA) requires that we report accidents/injuries to them within three days of the incident.  Two forms are required.  One that we keep on file here and one that must be filed with them.  Those forms are:

K-WC 1101-A Employer's Report of Accident  This form is linked to KMIT's website so that we will always have the most current form
