The City of Roeland Park is offering a new service to our residents who rent residential property.

The scope:

interior inspections to address the health, safety and welfare of the home.

To have inspection completed, authorization must by given by either the home owner or the tenant.
An
“Authorization to Inspect” form must
be completed in conjunction with the inspector scheduling the
inspection. Inspections will take approximately 1 hour to
conduct and there must be someone present during the inspection.
