Be sure to contact City Hall when planning any construction project. All construction requires a building permit and various inspections. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that the proper permits are obtained. The owner, contractor, or authorized agent may complete the printable Building Permit Application. Inspection requests are taken in person at City Hall or by telephone during office hours. Please allow 24 hours notice when requesting inspections.
