Toni Hull

Toni Hull was sworn into office as Councilmember for Ward 1 in April 2003 and re elected in 2007 and again in 2011.  She was elected President of the City Council in 2007.

Council woman Hull has served as Chairperson for Finance, Public Works, Admin., and Safety.  She serves as the representative for the Roeland Park Community Center and is a Commissioner for the NEACC.  She has brought celebrities into our City like Otis Taylor, Buck O’neil and Art Still to promote Roeland Park.

Councilwoman Hull is a licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor, and is employed by Johnson County Human Services.

Before moving  to this area she lived in Hiawatha, Kansas where she was employed by Kanza Mental Health and Guidance Center and served on the Board for the Brown County Developmental Center, she and her children delivered meals on wheels, volunteered at the Hospital, was a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, Choir Director, and volunteered through our Brown County for Jim Slattery’s campaign.

Toni has 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
