Adrienne Foster was first elected to the council on June 28, 2005 to fill the unexpired term for Ward IV.  Councilwoman Foster was re-elected to the Council to represent Ward IV in April 2007.  She has served on the Finance Committee,  Administration Committee, RoeFest and 47th & Mission Road Committee.
