Seize the Moment! - That has become the central idea, the inspiration of my work, whether creating traditional icons, sculptures or paintings.

I honor the Presence of Presence. That compelling moment in time, when the heart is touched and the mind is opened; when mind and heart come together. A moment when the heaven touches the earth and a moment when dynamic and stillness form the exquisite paradox where all seems possible; all things can happen in this “full, rich emptiness”, creating a beauty which can span eternity.

The materials and techniques I choose carefully for my work shall help to express this moment of life.
