Marquardt created kinetic art by arranging 60 to 90 pipes in various ways to evoke new images at the cloverleaf intersection. Called “(R)evolutionary Fusion — It’s Not Just a Pipe Dream,” the piece was an example of commuter art, said Marquardt, who is chairman of the city’s Art in R Park program. “Only people driving by regularly would see and understand it.”  Read the full article
