Do you rent property in Roeland Park? Do you feel the property is not quite up to code? The City of Roeland Park is offering a new inspection service to our residents who rent residential property. The scope includes interior inspections to address the health, safety and welfare of the home.
To have inspection completed, authorization must by given by either the home owner or the tenant. An "Authorization to Inspect" form must be completed in conjunction with the inspector scheduling the inspection.
Inspections will take approximately 1 hour to conduct, and there must be someone present during the inspection. (To obtain such an inspection, the home owner or the tenant must request the inspection.) To schedule an inspection, please contact Roeland Park City Hall 913-722-2600.
